About this Model
The ornaments in Lew Rozelle's book are assembled from basic units of his design which he calls Bases, Hinges, Clips, Inserts, Joiners, and Convex Joiners. The Disco Ball calls for 18 Bases, 18 Inserts, 8 Joiners, and 20 Hinges. The Inserts are decorative, not structural, so they may be omitted, depending on the type of paper being used and the folder's personal tastes. The underlying geometry of the Disco Ball is a Rhombicuboctahedron. UserComments
